The AIM Economic Empowerment Ministry is one of the foundational visions of Pastor Cliff Coward, who has an true entreprenural spirit. He has a great passion for ministering practical truth mixed with a message of financial health and the personal development of God’s people.

As the prosperity message becomes more and more controversial, he continued to serve the Word of God with power and anointing. As a result of his practical presentation of the truth, people are empowered to stretch out on faith and believe in Elohim; the creative power of God, who did not have money to create the world, but spoke what he wanted, and moved through faith to obtain what He desired. Leaving us with the perfect model to live by.

Coming against the spirit of tradition and religion, the Economic Empowerment Ministry has taught the value of putting “feet on your faith” which has also led to a true transformation in how the church approaches ministry. From eliminating jobs and the creation businesses, and through establishing multiple steams of income, to hosting job fairs with some of Richmond’s premier employers, the gospel is presented with demonstration and power – even in the marketplace.
